General Policy

By buying advertising with Just Business, advertiser and/or its agents agree:

1. To its publishing policies, including that Just Business reserves the right to edit advertising copy with notice to advertiser or to reject any proposed advertising.
2. To assume all liability for advertisements, including their illustrations, logos, copy, claims and assertions, and further agrees to hold Just Business, its officers and employees, harmless from all liability, claims, actions, damages and costs arising from the publishing of said advertising.
3. That advertising created or composed by Just Business shall be the sole property of Just Business, and advertiser and/or its agent shall not authorize or permit the reproduction of such advertising by any means without compensation to Just Business.
4. That Just Business shall not be responsible for the omission of any text or artwork in an advertisement beyond the value of the actual space occupied by such advertisement.
5. To provide acceptable advertising copy and layout materials plus payment or acceptable payment agreement before advertising will be published.
6. To pay any transactional privilege, or sales, tax charged by local, county and/or state governmental authorities.
7. That any agreement for advertising with Just Business can be cancelled by the mutual consent of the parties, or solely by Just Business upon the default of advertiser to abide by the terms of any advertising agreement between them. Advertiser will immediately pay all outstanding advertising charges upon notice of said cancellation.
8. . To pay all collection costs and attorney's fees incurred for his default or failure to pay for contracted advertising.
